Your Data Protection Rights
As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and under equivalent data-protection laws such as the GDPR for the jurisdictions we serve, you have the following rights:
Right to Access
Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is processed.
Right to Correction
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Right to Grievance
Raise a grievance with our Data Protection Officer and receive a response within 30 days.
Right to Nominate
Nominate another person to exercise your data rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time, without affecting past processing.

Consent Management
Strictly necessary data: We process certain data to provide our service (authentication, billing, security). This processing does not require separate consent and cannot be opted out of without terminating your account.
Model improvement: Opted out by default. You may opt in via your account settings to contribute your interactions to model training. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Marketing communications: Opted out by default. You may subscribe to product updates and research newsletters via your notification preferences.
Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, email support@aiconsortium.cloud with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
Note: We may retain certain data as required by applicable law (e.g., financial records for up to 7 years under company law). We will inform you of any retained data categories at the time of deletion.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and site performance measurement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may manage browser cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect service functionality.
