Usage Policy

1. Purpose
This Usage Policy governs your use of all AICONSORTIUM products and services, including Clark, Sattam.ai, and any APIs, SDKs, or web interfaces. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use AICONSORTIUM services for lawful purposes including: research and development; building products and services; education and personal learning; analysis, summarisation, and content generation; automation of routine knowledge tasks; and integration into enterprise workflows, subject to the relevant terms of service.
3. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our services to:
- Generate content that is illegal under applicable local or international law, including content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, or sexuality
- Create or disseminate disinformation, synthetic media designed to deceive, or content impersonating real persons without consent
- Develop or assist in developing weapons of mass destruction, biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons
- Conduct or assist cyberattacks, unauthorised system access, malware development, or any form of digital sabotage
- Exploit, harm, or target minors in any way
- Circumvent or undermine lawful oversight mechanisms for AI systems
- Violate the privacy of individuals or unlawfully process personal data
- Engage in mass surveillance without lawful authority
- Generate spam, manipulate search rankings, or conduct fraudulent schemes
- Reverse-engineer, replicate, or create derivative models of AICONSORTIUM's proprietary systems without authorisation
4. Sensitive Use Areas
Certain uses require additional review and explicit approval: autonomous systems with significant physical-world impact; medical diagnosis tools; legal advice systems; financial advice applications; and applications targeting vulnerable populations. Contact us before deploying in these areas.
5. Disclosure Requirements
Where you deploy AICONSORTIUM AI in customer-facing applications, you must clearly disclose to users that they are interacting with an AI system. You may not represent our AI as human.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, access suspension, account termination, and referral to law enforcement. We maintain an appeals process. Contact support@aiconsortium.cloud to appeal a decision.
7. Reporting Violations
To report suspected policy violations, contact support@aiconsortium.cloud. We will acknowledge all reports within 48 hours.
